Cody Lee, CEO at Escapement SV. Since he was eight years old, he has been fascinated with watches after finding a Jurassic Park digital watch in a cereal box. He believes watches should be fun and hopes the watch community can return to having fun while learning about watches.

Escapement SV started after Cody bought an expensive watch based on online reviews, only to discover it was uncomfortable and not built to withstand the elements. The reviews he relied on turned out to be little more than advertisements.
Frustrated by the lack of information available, Cody created Escapement SV for people like himself—those who want real-world watch reviews.
